隐私政策

FastFlow 重视你的隐私。本页说明我们会处理哪些信息、这些信息如何被使用，以及你可以通过哪些方式管理自己的数据与隐私选择。

1. 我们会处理哪些信息

  • 你主动记录在 App 内的数据，例如断食记录、计划设置、结束反馈、体重记录、提醒偏好和语言设置。
  • 当你使用 Pro 订阅时，订阅状态和购买记录会通过 Apple 与 RevenueCat 用于校验权益与恢复购买。
  • 当应用展示广告时，广告服务提供方可能会处理设备、广告展示、互动、诊断和性能相关信息，以完成广告投放、频次控制、防作弊与合规流程。
  • 当你联系技术支持时，我们会处理你主动发送给我们的邮件内容、截图、设备信息或问题描述。

2. 这些信息会如何使用

  • 保存和展示你的断食历史、统计结果、周报与分享卡。
  • 在你需要时发送开始提醒、阶段提醒和目标前提醒。
  • 为 Pro 用户提供订阅购买、恢复购买和权益校验。
  • 在免费版本中展示广告，并向你提供广告隐私选择入口。
  • 排查故障、改进应用稳定性和处理用户支持请求。

3. 数据存储与同步

  • 你的断食记录和大部分使用数据默认保存在你的设备上。
  • 如果系统环境允许，FastFlow 可能通过 Apple 的 iCloud / CloudKit 在你的 Apple 设备之间同步断食记录、结束反馈、体重、计划、提醒偏好和应用语言。
  • 支付信息由 Apple 处理，我们不会直接获取你的完整银行卡或支付账户信息。

4. 广告、订阅与第三方服务

FastFlow 当前使用以下第三方服务来完成部分功能：

  • Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)：用于广告展示、广告相关隐私选择和合规提示。
  • RevenueCat：用于管理订阅状态、购买记录和恢复购买。
  • Apple CloudKit / iCloud：用于在 Apple 设备之间同步支持的数据。

5. 关于跟踪与隐私选择

  • 根据当前版本实现，FastFlow 不会主动请求 Apple 的跨 App / 跨网站跟踪授权。
  • FastFlow 不会出售你在应用内记录的个人数据。
  • 如果广告合规要求你做出隐私选择，我们会在应用内提供相应入口，你也可以在设备系统设置中管理广告与隐私权限。

6. 你的选择

  • 你可以在 App 内编辑或删除断食记录、体重记录和相关偏好设置。
  • 你可以关闭通知权限，停止接收提醒。
  • 你可以在系统设置中管理 iCloud、广告和隐私相关权限。

1. Data We Process

  • Data you create in the app, including fasting sessions, plan settings, feedback, weight logs, reminders, and language preference.
  • Subscription status and purchase validation data via Apple and RevenueCat for Pro access and restore purchase.
  • Ad-related delivery, diagnostics, and interaction signals from ad services in the free experience.
  • Support information you send to us, such as email content, screenshots, or issue details.

2. How We Use Data

  • To store and show your fasting history, reports, and share cards.
  • To send reminders for start time, phase milestones, and one-hour-left alerts when enabled.
  • To manage Pro purchases, restore purchases, and entitlement checks.
  • To operate ads in the free version and provide privacy options where required.
  • To improve reliability and respond to support requests.

3. Storage and Sync

  • Most app data is stored on your device by default.
  • If available, FastFlow may use iCloud / CloudKit to sync supported records across your Apple devices.
  • Payment details are handled by Apple. We do not directly store full card or bank account numbers.

5. Tracking and Choices

  • FastFlow does not actively request Apple’s cross-app tracking permission in the current build.
  • FastFlow does not sell your in-app personal data.
  • You can manage permissions for notifications, iCloud, and ad/privacy settings in iOS.
